I mailed a time sensitive payment to Dallas, TX FROM Mauriceville,TX 77626 using priority mail on July 6th 2018 put in my tracking number because the payment hadn’t come through my bank….the payment had been dilevered on the 11th well they will probably cancel my insurance and I paid $6.70 to send it…I should’ve used Pony Express instead… wonder the postal service is having issues. Not a satisfied customer.

  5. Our post offices offers excellent, professional, friendly and always helpful service. We inadvertently dropped off a package that was not prepaid and Chase made sure that we got the package back asap. It is just one instance of a post office and its management that is always going up and beyond to make sure that our online business runs smoothly.
    Part of our success has been the outstanding customer service that we get at our local post office! We couldn’t do business without their outstanding service.

  6. I mailed two packages from Pittsburgh on the same day. Both packages were supposed to arrive in Ashburn, VA., in 2 days.
    One of the packages erroneously went to California; therefore, it was not delivered until the next week. Package original arrival date was to be October 11; but, was not delivered until October 18, 2018. I feel that my payment should be refunded ($13.50).

  7. I mailed a package on the 18th of October to Walhalla, Nd. from Amery Wi. The package was in my mail box today returned. I had to drive about 12 miles to the post office. I was told a machine at the post office read shipping label wrong.. It is a shame a that no one could not pick it up and read the label and send it onto where in needs to go. this is not the first time this has happened. The last time I sent a bill in the post office had it in st. paul mn. for over a week before returning to me. that cost me a $40. late fee.

  8. I wish to complain about the rude attitude of a worker and this is the only place I see to do it. In Soquel, CA 95073, clerk # 4 on Friday afternoon. The answers he gave to my question were spoken so fast I could not understand. When I asked him to speak more slowly, he said “I don’t speak slow”. When I said sometimes older people don’t hear as good, he repeated “I don’t speak slow”. This is the first time I have experienced such rudness in this post office with this clerk, though I have been told about him from a friend: that he can be unhelpful in the extreme. He needs to know about this complaint. Thank you.

I paid with cash an keep recite s.but told sometimes best to use cards if available to do some more back up if something is to go wrong.hopefully not.the latest some what bad experience was didnt check what it costs to mail a letter international an got a return to sender foreign mail not enough postage. But went got then knew stamps an check into prices

  15. I find the US Postal Service a wonderful agency, and very reliable most times. I use the postal service almost exclusively to mail packages and time sensitive mailings. However, on this occasion, I will file a claim to get my money back. We were traveling and in NJ visiting our family. I needed to mail my 92 year-old mother’s caregiver’s checks to WV and usually do that from our home in Indiana on the Saturday before each Tuesday (which is payday). Since we were traveling, and I had no way to do this on Saturday in NJ, I decided to use overnight Express Mail to WV on Monday, October 29. I paid $24.70 for the envelope, and it did not arrive until Wednesday, October 31.

  16. The postal worker was very nice. I mailed a package on 3/20/19 with priority mail $14.35 to be delivered on 3/22/19 the postal worker said on 3/23/19 the latest. It is now 3/25 and the birthday package that was supposed to be delivered has missed my mother’s birthday yesterday. I can’t believe I paid $14.35 for a package to be delivered and it did not make it to its destination by the time I was told. This is totally unexceptionable. I’m so upset!!!!!!! But I guess this is a government run service and as usual nothing will be done about it because they can do what they want.

  17. I love the USPS service location at NEW Market, 2020 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14301. The postal service men at this location is always pleasant, helpful, calm, friendly, proffessional and willing to help. I live in Niagara Falls on Nigara Falls Blvd and there is a closer location to where I live but travelling to the Pine Street location is so much better due to the wonderful, friendly and helpful service we all get. Please give him a pat on the back for a job well done. Thank you.

    This clerk was very helpful with options for mailing thin book. And verifying correct zip code.
    However, the female clerk to his left (long hair and glasses) on north end, said she could not offer assistance to find correct zip code. She said her computer told her there was no zip cide fir the address on my package. Said my zip code was not in system, and she had no way to look up correct zip for house address in my package, after I asked her. She said there are no more zip code books at the post office. She said her computer telling her there was no “Kaufman” Texas, so was I spelling it wrong. That is correct spelling.

    I took back my small package, used my phone, put in street address, and found one zip code for Kaufman Texas.
    The online zip code was 2 digits different than what I had on my package (My friend had given me that zip code).

    Zip Code customer assistance should be standard at all u.s. postal facilities. If not from the employees, then a kiosk for customers to use. Not all postal customers have a cell phone with them, many postal customers are senior citizens (I am 66) and need help from your employees, whether it’s zip codes or anything else about using mail services.

    ZIP CODE information needs to be available at each postal facility. With or without your employees’ assistance.

  20. I usually use the James Moody postal office located at 2804 Sam Houston Dr.,Victoria, TX 77904. I am always very pleased with the service and the clerks who wait on me. Very pleased with all aspects of this location.
